interest in the Taylor Behl case has
talked to police.

Dispatch, Benjamin Fawley told police
that Behl died accidentally when he
restricted her breathing during an
intimate encounter in her car in
Mathews County.

Her body was found there earlier
this month.

The paper cites unidentified
sources close to the investigation.

Fawley's attorney says that his
client spoke to police this week at the
city jail, where Fawley's being held on
unrelated child-pornography and
firearms charges.

After being missing for more than

Virginia Republican Party against a
former insurer has been dismissed.

The state GOP sued Union
Insurance Company for not covering a
settlement paid to the Democrats over
the Republican eavesdropping scandal.

A federal judge ruled
yesterday the company was under no
obligation to pay for what amounted to
crimes committed by agents of the
party.

Counting fees paid to its
lawyers, the state Republican Party
paid nearly a million dollars to settle
a lawsuit several Democratic
legislators filed over two intercepted
conference calls in 2002.

relationship with a 16 year old girl.

works at Newman Library and pled guilty
to two counts of contributing to the
delinquency of a minor.

The judge called his crime
horrendous and sentenced him to 18

months and happened mostly at the
library.

out like a sore thumb.

backyard, the addition of this
125-year-old log home is like the final
piece in a family puzzle.

McIntosh's great-grandmother once
lived in the two-story cabin on what
used to be the Babcock farm property
near Concord.

It's been abandoned for close to
sixty years, but when McIntosh learned
of its existence, she decided to pay a
visit.
