the town was rocked by a riot Saturday.

hospital tonight after Saturday's
hayride accident in Bedford County.

riding on the wagon when a pin securing
it to the tractor broke.
All of the children and most of
the adults were able to get off the
wagon before it crashed into a nearby
creek, but several were injured.
Tonight, the person who suffered
the most serious injuries is still
being treated at Carilion Roanoke
Memorial Hospital.

weekend accident is being remembered as
an outgoing girl with a wide smile and
lots of friends.

was killed yesterday afternoon after
police say she pulled out in front of a
truck.

three in the first BCS poll behind USC
and Texas. Some believed Tech might
actually be second, but as you can see
Georgia almost bypassed the Hokies even
though the Dawgs trail Tech in the top
25 polls.

Coast yesterday to view the damage to

The tour included a stop to the
