killed a teenager and seriously injured
another man.

yesterday afternoon.
State Police say a 17-year-old
Sarrah Richelle Sass of Buchanan was
turning off of Brughs Mill road when a
truck, traveling southbound on Route
Eleven-- struck her car.
Crews say Sass died shortly after
she arrived at the hospital.
The driver of the truck was
64-year-old William Roscoe Rhodes.
He was airlifted to Roanoke
Memorial where he is listed in good
condition.

health care costs.
