dropped murder charges against a
suspect in a July 4th shooting but only
for the time being.

Preston.

liberal organization that he said has
been selling T-shirts bearing the image
of DeLay's mug shot.

Perkins replied that he's neither

incident near the Capitol building late
this morning.
