gunshots.

barn this morning before firiefighters
had any chance to save it.

Road.

But when they arrived, the flames had
too much of a head start.

working hard to help seven year old
Cassidy Francis recover from serious
injuries - and a terrible loss.

August 25 Cassidy was riding with her mother

Wendy and eight-year-old sister Chelsea
on August 25th -- when their car
crossed the center line on Route 501 in
Campbell County and struck an oncoming
flatbed truck.

Wendy and Chelsea died instantly.

Cassidy's recovery will take a long
time.

Store Surveillance Video Police say William Lima tried and
failed.

Investigators say he's the man on the
store surveillance tape who asked for
change, then pulled out a crowbar and

started to beat the owner.

But, Richard Robinson fought back with
a baseball bat, chasing the would-be
bandit out to his car, then breaking
some of the windows.

Lima was arrested after his car smashed
into a brick wall.

As for Robinson, he has a few stitches
and says he should be healed in a
couple of weeks.
