Cassidy Francis recover from serious
injuries - and a terrible loss.

Wendy and eight-year-old sister Chelsea
on August 25th -- when their car
crossed the center line on Route 501 in
Campbell County and struck an oncoming
flatbed truck.

Store Surveillance Video Police say William Lima tried and
failed.

Investigators say he's the man on the
store surveillance tape who asked for
change, then pulled out a crowbar and

started to beat the owner.

But, Richard Robinson fought back with
a baseball bat, chasing the would-be
bandit out to his car, then breaking
some of the windows.

Lima was arrested after his car smashed
into a brick wall.

As for Robinson, he has a few stitches
and says he should be healed in a
couple of weeks.

Officials with DANA Corporation
announced plans to lay off more than
270 people within the next year and a
half.
