Montgomery County murder.

accused of first degree murder and
robbery in the death of 57 year old
Estel Singleton.

This morning, a judge denied
Pritichett's bond.
He was originally convicted of
the crime, but that verdict was tossed
out by the Virginia Supreme Court.
Last month, a mis-trial was
declared after a jury deadlocked.
Pritchett's third trial will be
held next year.

Last Night For good reason the game went 14
innings which tied the longest world
series game ever for innings and
shattered the record for the longest
World Series game by time. It lasted 5
hours and 41 minutes. The game winner
for Chicago came off the bat of Geoff
Blum who was traded away from the
Astros, he went deep in the Top of the
14th. The White Sox used Game 2
starter Mark Buerhle to come in and get
the save to take a commanding 3 games
to none lead over Houston. After the
game the Astros manager Phil Garner not
happy with his team's failure to score
runs.

ex-brother-in-law's claim that she has
an 18-year-old daughter she's never
acknowledged.

VO-NAT In a statement released today,
Jackson says she does not have a
daughter.
The claim was made by Young DeBarge,
the brother of Jackson's ex-husband,
James DeBarge.
He said Jackson and his brother had a
child named Renee who's living with
Jackson's oldest sister, Rebbie
Jackson.
Janet Jackson and James DeBarge were
married for three months in 1984, when
Jackson was just 18.
