People stood in long lines for relief
supplies again today.

Some stood for as long as 12 hours
yesterday for ice and bottled water.

Crowds have also formed outside
supermarkets, building supply stores,

(END SOT) Pkge:

(natz)

With power still out for millions and
lines for gas and food stretching

for blocks....frustration is starting
to get the better of some folks in

the sunshine state.

(natz altercation)

sot: (to come)

The lines will likely shrink in a few
days, but the power issue is a

different story. Florida Power and
Light officials say Wilma impacted

more of its customers than any storm in
its history. And even with the

help of utility workers from 28 states
and Canada..it will still be

weeks before power is completely
restored.

(Donelan bridge)

"it's making the simplest of tasks
difficult. Consider driving without

use of traffic lights. Look at this
intersection...drivers have to treat

it as a 4 way stop. It gets a little
tricky at times. You have to be

extremely careful."

(natz people on line)

Everyone in Florida knew Wilma was
coming, but this deadly storm clearly

caught some off guard, especially in
the heavily populated Miami

area...more than a 100 miles from where
the hurricane made landfall.

Wilma was the strongest storm to hit
Fort Lauderdale since 19-50.

Statewide damage estimates are as high
as 10 billion dollars.

sot: (frustrated )

It's easy to understand why residents
are on edge. Police are standing

by, in case tensions get out of hand.
Everyone is hoping

the delays of relief supplies are over.
Yesterday some trucks carrying

food, ice and water either arrived late
or not at all. FEMA is asking

for patience...something easier said -
than done. Jennifer Donelan, CBS

THE AD AGENCY GOODBYE, SILVERSTEIN AND

PARTNERS SAYS THAT TO PREPARE, ITS

CREATIVE PEOPLE VIEWED NEWS CLIPS FROM

THE REAL STEROID SCANDAL...

I injected him and showed him injection

sites.

FROM THE REAL STEROID USER JOSE

CONSECO, TO THE PARODY....

In fact you claim to have introduced

home run hitter Javier Castillo to the

substance and that you privately pour

for him before games? He'd pour for me

too.

FROM THE REAL ORIOLES FIRST BASEMAN

RAFAEL PALMEIRO...

I have never intentionally used

steroids. never ever.

TO THE PARODY...

Look I never knowingly used that stuff

all right? (smacks ball)

BUT WHEN IT COMES TO THE GOT MILK ADS,

MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL IS LACTOSE

INTOLERANT, SAYING "THERE IS NOTHING

HUMOROUS ABOUT STEROID ABUSE." TO WHICH

THE AD AGENCY SAYS, IT'S NOT ABOUT

STEROID ABUSE, IT'S ABOUT MILK.

MILK AND BASEBALL HAVE HAD PREVIOUS

RUN-INS.

Got milk...got sick. a few months back

Dodgers' pitcher Brad Penny bet a

batboy for the Florida Marlins 500

bucks that he couldn't drink a gallon

of milk in an hour without throwing up.

Not only did the batboy fail, but the

Marlins gave him a 6-game suspension

for accepting the dare.

THE BATBOY ENDED UP ON LETTERMAN WHILE

THE PITCHER WHO MADE THE BET COMPLAINED

"IT'S KIND OF RIDICULOUS THAT YOU GET A

10-GAME SUSPENSION FOR STEROIDS AND A

6-GAME SUSPENSION FOR MILK."
