chief and an officer.

her S-U-V on Chapparal Drive in June.
Witnesses said the officer was
driving at a high rate of speed and did

The family is suing Chief
Lavinder and Officer VanMarter for
negligence, breach of duty and
violating traffic laws.
The family is also seeking
ten-million dollars in damages.

racing in the Nextel Cup Series and
enjoy racing in the Craftsman Truck
Series as more of a hobby.

Last Weekend Well the call of the man in the
hat, Jack Roush has brought Martin
back. It has been speculated for some
time that Martin would return to drive
the number 6 car next season and he
confirmed that he will be back for the
2-thousand and 6 season. When he does
retire it won't be Jaime McMurray
replacing him in the 6 car it will be
Todd Kluever who currently drives for
Roush in the Truck Series. So possibly
a swap of the 2 drivers in 2007. Jamie
McMurray is slated to replace Kurt
Busch in 2007 but a solution could
allow for the change to come next
season.

Last Night The White Sox followed the Red Sox
as World Series Champions last night.
Like their Predecessor they did it with
a sweep. Winning game 4, 1 to nothing
over the Houston Astros. The White Sox
went 11 and 1 in the playoffs to win
their first World Series Title since
