Roanoke wants so much to be a city that

around the corner. The Hokies play
their first and only exhibition Friday
night. Last season Seth Greenberg's

The parking lot filled up at
Explore Park today as these kids donned
their costumes early, and got a head
start on gathering up their favorite
candy.

The children could trick or treat
through the centuries or stay inside
the welcome center for some arts and
crafts.

These kids spent their time
making Halloween jewelry and the
scariest homemade masks they could
manage.
