because the cost of renovating comes
under the 15 million dollars budgeted
for the project.

According to the consultant, it would
cost roughly 19 million dollars to
renovate Victory Stadium.

But if the stadium is designated a
historic landmark, the city may qualify
for more than 5 million dollars in tax

Therefore, the price to renovate
would be 13 and half million dollars.

signed former New York Giants
Quarterback Jesse Palmer to help their
depleted quarterback corp. The Niners
are down to Cody Pickett who started
the season as the 4th string Q-B.
Palmer more famous for his role as the
Bachelor on the reality TV Show than
anything he's ever done in the Pros
will provide insurance for Pickett who
could start with injuries to Top Pick
Alex Smith and back-up Ken Dorsey.
