after a caller reported a robbery and
shooting there.

The owner of the business, 59-

say he was taken to the hospital where
he later died.

About twenty minutes after the

took three people into custody.

They have charged one of them,
43- year- old Gary E. Pritchard Junior

The key is whether the stadium is
designated an historic landmark.

If it is, the city can qualify for
tax credits and therefore the cost to
renovate would be thirteen and half
million dollars.

The cost of building a new stadium
would range from sixteen to twenty six
million dollars.

Council members are now digesting
this information and many are confident
they'll be able decide on Monday the
future of Victory Stadium.

However, council may meet with the
school board tomorrow to get its take
on the stadium issue before voting.
