Green Valley officials have stopped

looking for help solving a murder that
occurred in late September.

Investigators want to talk to a
man who was seen near the home of the
victim, Dorothy Dillon Harris.

He 35 to 45 years old, about 5-11
and 175 pounds. And he may have been
riding a motorcycle.

Starting in January, the typical
homeowner will pay another 3 dollars
and 65 cents a month for power.

That's an eight-percent increase.

The State Corporation Commission the rate increase. will hold hearings next year to review
