But he will fight the lawsuits.

GRAPHIC=Fatal Accident One person was killed in a
motorcycle accident in Danville.
It happened around 12-45 this
morning in the 800 block of Holland
Road.
Authorities say an officer
arrived and found 23 year old Brian
Wade Carter of Dry Fork lying in the
front yard of a house.
He had been seriously injured.
Carter was taken to the hospital
and pronounced dead less than an hour
later.
The cause of the accident is
under investigation.

more for the fuel it needs to make
electricity.
And the state is going to let the
company pass that cost on to you.
Starting in January, the typical
homeowner will pay another 3 dollars
and 65 cents a month for power.
That's an eight-percent increase.
The State Corporation Commission
will hold hearings next year to review
the rate increase.

accidents on Interstate 5-81 in Roanoke
yesterday.

northbound lanes near the Elm Avenue
exit, when two more vehicles had a
similar accident.
No one was hurt in either
wreck.

looking for help solving a murder that
took place in late September.
Investigators want to talk to a
man who was seen near the home of the
victim, Dorothy Dillon Harris.

what he may look like, based on witness
descriptions.
He 35 to 45 years old, about 5-11
and 175 pounds. And he may have been
riding a motorcycle.
