undercover operations to crackdown on
panhandling.
But, unless an officer sees someone,
has evidence against somebody, or
someone files charges, panhandlers

charged with making a series of bomb
threats to several Danville schools
over the past week.
The 13-year-old and 14-year-old
brothers were charged this morning with
six misdemeanors and one felony.

location at Valley View Mall.
