has detectives busy tonight.

after human remains were found in a cow
pasture off Old Terminal Road in
Montvale.

Officials have not determined if the
skeleton was that of a man or woman --

Ferrum.

Investigators believe the

49-year old man died from a

clinical trials started in April.

But bird flu like other strains of
the virus can mutate so rapidly.

testing right now will offer much
protection.

removed all traces of smoke and soot
damage.

The 500-plus students came back
this morning ... and despite a
two-hour-long power outage, educators

Also, backup running back Brandon
Ore is the league's freshman of the
week.


Ore had two touchdowns, 115 yards
rushing and he averaged nearly 8 yards
a carry against the Cavs.

One of them came all the way
across the country hoping to see Tech
post an impressive win.

Evan Paoletti has been trying to
get Tech in the Fiesta Bowl since 1999.

Paeoletti - who was once a minor
leaguer for the Wytheville Cardinals -
liked what he saw both on and off the
field on Saturday.

Despite the blowout loss - one
bowl scout was knocking down the door
to let UVa - that the Cavs were still
number one in his book.


Harold Graeter from the Liberty
Bowl - says Memphis is the perfect
place for Cavaliers - even if they lose
this Saturday to Miami.

when you look at the number you can see
he did it by being consistent.

Stewart's average start was was
12th while his average finish was 10.

He did have 4 wins, but also 18

He takes home about $6 million
for his efforts.
