When fire officials arrived they
found the dead man in the garage
adjacent to the home.

Sheriff's officials say he
apparently died from a self-inflicted
gun shot wound.

The cause of death and the

including 56 workers at its factory in
Bristol, Tennessee.

The Bristol-based drug maker says
the job cuts are designed to "improve

Witnesses say they saw one of the
helicopter's blades clip the body of

an RV parked nearby.

open fire in a Washington state mall
-injuring six-people.

The 20-year-old gunman reportedly

Just before Dominick Maldonado
allegedly opened fire Sunday in a
Tacoma, Washington shopping mall....

his former girlfriend says the
20-year-old sent her an ominous text
message saying he was about to show the
world his anger.

It was shortly after that police say
the young man with a troubled past
opened fire in a shooting spree that's
left six people injured, one
critically.

Witnesses say Maldonado was walking
backwardswhile randomly shooting.

everyone was running for the door."

Several people were taken hostage by
Maldonado...held for about 4 hours, but
eventually released unharmed. Susan

the standoff.

"I'm just mortified, horrified, but I'm
happy now that she's okay."

Maldonado eventually surrendered to
police.

So far, there's been no information on
what set Maldonado off or how he got
the assault style rifle. Police do know
he has an extensive juvenile criminal
history...including burglary and theft.

Maldonado was booked on assault and
kidnapping charges....his first court
appearance is expected later today.
