man's identity by requesting all
information about active missing person
cases.

Even so, the city believes its
deer management program is working.

Since it began two years ago, 326
deer have been killed and the number of
complaints and accidents involving deer
has dropped.

All the deer killed this year
will be donated for the Hunters for the
Hungry Program.

at Virginia's borders and major
airports.

The current design is about 50-
years old and many signs need to be
replaced.

A V-Dot artist has designed five
new signs.

Between now and December 4th you
can vote on your favorite or vote to
keep the existing design.

Replacing the signs will cost the
state about 100- thousand dollars.

The winner will be announced in
April.

down south to bring back even more
hurricane survivors.

This time, they'll go back with
at least one extra volunteer.

Rodney MacGregor joined the group
after IT helped him.

He says it's only right that he

to one of its biggest football fan.

File Tape Walter Wynn, more famously known
as Chubbie (Chub eye) passed away this
week.

Chubbie never missed an Indians
game for as long as anyone can
remember.

He went to every practice and
even rode on the team's bus to away
games.

Friends say Chubbie lived for
those Indians.

He was diagnosed with colon
cancer only a few weeks ago.

Former Indians head coach Dean
Rhea says Chubbie touched a lot of
lives in the town.

Even former football players are
calling to send their condolences.
