While the vaccine is the best

It happened last night in the
heart of the city.
Apparently the monorails clipped
one another.
Seattle firefighters helped 84
passengers off the elevated line.
The one-mile monorail system was
built for the Seattle World's Fair in
1962 and has been popular with
tourists.
The line was shut down for more
than six months last year after a smoky
fire stranded about 100 riders.

(END SOT) FIRST POSTED PICTURES LIKE THIS - ALONG
WITH FLIGHT DETAILS - ON THE INTERNET.
AND THAT STARTED A WAVE OF ALLEGATIONS
THAT THE CIA USED CHARTER AND MILITARY
AIRCRAFT TO FLY TERRORISM SUSPECTS TO
SECRET PRISONS IN THE DEVELOPING
WORLD...AND IN EASTERN EUROPE.
NOW, EUROPEAN NATIONS HAVE SIGNED ONTO
AN INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED..BY EUROPE'S
LEADING HUMAN RIGHTS WATCHDOG.
DICK MARTY OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE
SAYS " MAKING PEOPLE VANISH - OUT OF
JUDICIAL CONTROL - IS COMPLETELY
UNACCEPTABLE. IT'S A VIOLATION OF HUMAN
DIGNITY.
IT MAY ALSO BE A VIOLATION OF EUROPEAN
LAW TO HOLD PRISONERS - AS IN
GUANTANAMO - WITHOUT CHARGING THEM OR
GIVING THEM ACCESS TO A LAWYER.
HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH SAYS IT HAS EVIDENCE
TO SUGGEST THE CIA FLEW SUSPECTS FROM
AFGHANISTAN TO A SOVIET ERA PRISON
CAMPS IN POLAND....AND A BASE IN
ROMANIA - WHICH THE US SECRETARY OF
DEFENCE VISITED IN 2004 AHEAD OF
AMERICAN PLANS TO TAKE IT OVER FOR
MILITARY USE............
POLISH AND ROMANIAN POLITICIANS HAVE
DENIED THE CHARGES...
BUT EUROPEAN INVESTIGATORS WANT TO
EXAMINE MORE EVIDENCE....
INCLUDING SATELLITE PHOTGRAPHS ...
AND AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL LOGS.
THEIR ALSO ALSO TAKING A DIRECT
APPROACH...STRAIGHT TO THE WHITE HOUSE.
BRITAIN'S FOREIGN SECRETARY, ON BEHALF
OF EUROPE - IS ASKING US SECRETARY OF
STATE CONDLEEZA RICE FOR CLARIFICATION
OF THE REPORTS OF CIA SECRET JAILS.
(CLIVE STAFFORD SMITH, LAWYER)
IT IS NOT EASY TO NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS
WHEN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY ASKS
THEM.// THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT
THIS IS GOING TO COME OUT, YOU JUST
HAVE TO ASK RICHARD NIXON THAT
(GRAPHIC)
ALREADY SWEDEN, SPAIN, GERMANY, ITALY,
TURKEY AND SWITZERLAND ARE
INVESTIGATING REPORTS THAT THE CIA
TRANSPORTED OR ABDUCTED TERRORISM
SUSPECTS ON THEIR SOIL.
AS A RESULT ...AMERICA'S REPUTATION HAS
TAKEN ANOTHER HIT IN EUROPE, WHERE
PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO BE AMERICA'S
PARTNERS IN THE WAR ON TERROR - BUT NOT
AT THE EXPENSE OF BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS.
