Then Saddam sat captivated -- as the

The reason for the delay.... to allow

This Summer Former Ferrum great Billy Wagner :00 has accepted a four year $43 million
dollar deal to join the New York Mets.
The Tannersville native - saved 38
games for the Phillies last season and
wanted to return and play for Charlie
Manuel.

But money talks - and The
Phillies would only give him a three
year deal. Billy is now 34 years old -
and in the off season lives in Crozet.

McCombs spent seven years on post

Combs seemed perfect for the job-
but like so many others found out that
winning at VMI is a tall task.
