Around 2:45 yesterday morning, a
man walked into the Stop In store on
Forest Road and paid for gasoline.
He returned a few minutes later to
buy a drink, and then demanded money
when the clerk opened the cash
register.
The suspect kept one hand in his
coat pocket, acting as if he had a
weapon.
This is surveillance video of the
robbery: it shows a white male, about
30 years old with short dark hair.
He fled the scene in what looked
like a red Ford Taurus.
Anyone with information should
call the Bedford police.
