has been indicted by a federal grand
jury in Roanoke.
Today, U.S. Attorney John
Brownlee outlined a seven count
indictment that accuses Hutcherson of
defrauding a Lynchburg charity and two
social security recipients he
represented.

Hutcherson is accused of making false

After he was confronted with

charity, the indictment alleges,

Kirkuk hospital, freeing an alleged

with his friends.

Osama bin Laden is alive and well.

The network says the tape by Ayman

released in September.

Mary.
The vice president for student
affairs notified students and faculty
in an e-mail to students that the young
woman was attacked in a residence hall
Friday by someone she knew.
The school is NOT releasing the
location or details of the assault at
the victim's request.
She has decided NOT to pursue
criminal charges.
However, the college was making
the incident public because of a recent
string of sexual assaults.

been happened at Salem Stadium.
Right after the Avalanche season
ended last season - Salem decided to
completely replace the field with brand
new sod.

They did it first class and
strictly by the book - before the old
sod was cut out - it was destroyed to
keep disease from settling in the soil.

It took two and a half days to
cut it out, another to grade and
prepare the soil and part of another
week to finish off the process.
