problems today on Interstate 81 in the
New River Valley.

This big rig crashed at

milemarker 110 near the Radford exit.

Mario Ivan Gates was shipping
lettuce through the area when he says a
car cut in front of him and his tractor
jack knifed across the road.

Police ended up charging Gates
with reckless driving for going too
fast in bad weather.

Troopers say that's been the
biggest problem on the Interstate
today.

They say motorists should only be
going about 40 miles an hour.

He said he hit an icy spot while

going about 20 miles an hour, hit a
fence, and then landed in the creek.

Bowl after transferring from Division
One Utah.

This season Elliott threw for more

Wisconsin-Whitewater in the

Western Virginia Football officials all
