Hutcherson was indicted last week
on seven counts that include charges of
bank fraud, Social Security fraud and
obstruction of justice.

They stem from questions the
government has about The Mayor's
personal financial dealings and the way
he spent a 30-thousand dollar loan
intended for a non-profit foundation.

GRAPHIC=Virginia Tech Virginia Tech fell short of it's

goal of playing for a national
championship this season, but the 19
seniors who will play their final game
in a Hokie uniform on January 2nd in
the Gator Bowl have been a huge part in
the success of Tech over last 2

seasons. There record has been an
impressive 20 and 5 over that time
span.
