This big rig crashed yesterday at
milemarker 110 near the Radford exit.

Mario Ivan Gates was shipping
lettuce through the area when he says a
car cut in front of him and his tractor
jack knifed across the road.

Police ended up charging Gates
with reckless driving for going too
fast in bad weather.

Troopers say that's been the
biggest problem on the Interstate
yesterday.

They say motorists should only be
going about 40 miles an hour.
