charged in connection with the summer
death of his 17-year-old daughter.

August Alan Scott Kozlowski was driving
a motorcycle in August when it crashed.

His daughter, Krystin was killed
in the accident.

He was charged with reckless
driving earlier this month.

Police say the two were traveling
south on route 220 when the bike went
off the road, struck a curb, and threw
them both from the motorcycle.

Kozlowski is due back in court on
February first.

in the wing as a possible cause for a
deadly plane crash off Miami Beach.

Today crews are raising the main
part of the seaplane from the ocean
bottom to get a closer look.

that connects that wing to the
fuselage.

THE MAJORITY OF THE SPAR AT THE

LOCATION OF THE SEPARATION.

Inspectors also explained why the
....wing.... and not the

....fuselage.... was

engulfed in flames as it fell from the
sky.

REMEMBER ITS A WET WING, IT CARRIES THE
FUEL, WHEN IT SEPARATES,

THERES SPARKS, THERES HEAT.

The Grumman Mallardlike this one---was

built 58 years ago. In the

1980s it was retrofitted with more
powerful enginesbut the NTSB is not

sure if that played a role in the
cracking.

The NTSB is looking into Chalk's
inspection records and at the same time

is talking about grounding Chalks four
other Grumman Mallards.

While investigators continue their work

the victims families back in Bimini are
still coming to grips with what

happened.

Just days ago they were planning to
celebrate the holidaysnow they are

planning funerals.

fire to a warehouse where they found
about 50 pounds of dynamite.

The discovery was made after a
standoff at the site. They

decided it would be too dangerous to
move the dynamite, so they're burning
the warehouse down.

About 50 people have been evacuated
from the surrounding area.

They don't think the dynamite is
connected to terrorism. Police say the
warehouse was being used to store
stolen goods.
