found three men and one woman

dead in a home in Great Falls at around

10:30 yesterday morning when they
responded to reports of gunfire.

They say one of the dead bodies
was the gunman's.

Investigators found evidence in
that home that led them to a second

home, this one in McLean.

They found the fifth victim, a
woman, outside that home.

public's help.

Police are looking for a woman
wanted for attempted murder and felony
hit and run.

Police say 25-year-old Leiben
Patrick struck a 28-year-old female and
a 3-year-old girl on Dean Drive.

It happened sometime Saturday
afternoon.

The child was airlifted to
Roanoke Memorial and is listed in
stable condition.

Patrick, and the car she was driving.

The car is described as a 19-89
white Mazda two-door sedan, with the
license plate tag: J-P-Z - 3-6-6-4

TAKE VO State Police say the accident
happened on Route 221 early yesterday
morning.

The female driver of this SUV
slid on an icy patch of road in a turn,
and went off the road.

The car landed upside in a creek.

Officials say the woman was taken
to Wake Forest *Baptist Medical Center*
in Winston-Salem.

She's listed as an extremely

critical patient.

Officials say 26-year-old Billy
Evans crashed his Ford Ranger head-on

boy.

the truck, including a four-year-old
and an 18-month old.

The 18-month-old was airlifted to
Roanoke Memorial hospital.


The conditions of the juveniles
are unknown.

in Stewartsville.

o'clock Saturday afternoon in the
five-thousand block of Jordantown Road.

Officials say 26-year-old Billy
Evans crashed his Ford Ranger head-on
with a car -- driven by a 15-year-old
boy.

There were three passengers in
the truck, including a four-year-old
and an 18-month old.

The 18-month-old was airlifted to
Roanoke Memorial hospital.

The conditions of the juveniles
are unknown.

trying to figure out what caused a fire
that left one woman dead.

When firefighters arrived, flames

roof had partially collapsed.

under investigation.

In the 1970 s and 80 s, only a few
studied the language, he says now there
are students from all over the world.

of Americans here to learn Mandarin.
China s economy could soon be the
second largest in the world, but most
Americans still choose to study Spanish

or French at school.



In fact Americans make up less than 1 %
of all foreign students.

has been studying Chinese for years He
encourages others to give it a shot
arguing it s not that difficult to
learn.

for attempted murder and felony hit and
run is now in custody. Police say
25-year-old Leiben Patrick struck a
28-year-old female and a three-year-old
girl on Dean Drive Saturday afternoon.

crime scenes in northern Virginia after

a series of shootings police say could
have been murder-suicides.

Fairfax County Police say they found
three men and one woman

dead in a home in Great Falls yesterday
morning.They say one of the dead bodies
was the gunman's. Police later found a
fifth victim outside a home in McLean.
