ABC F-S-U depended on its passing
game while the Nittany Lions held the
Seminoles to 26 rushing yards.

Drew Weatherford threw for 258
yards, including a 57-yard scoring
strike to Lorenzo Booker.

Kickers for each team blew two
opportunities to win the Orange Bowl.

Penn State's Kevin Kelly didn't
miss his third chance, he nailed a
29-yard field goal giving third-ranked
Penn State a 26-to-23 marathon victory
over number-22 Florida State.

The Seminoles finish 8-and-5,
their worst season since 1981.

GRAPHIC=UVA This Football season had a little

bit of everything for the Virginia
Cavaliers.

Big wins, bad losses, injuries,
and suspensions.

But there was one constant.

Marques Hagans was behind center.

Last Friday and the man known as biscuit went
out with a win in his final game as a
Cavalier.

He was named the Music City Bowl
M-V-P for his performance in a come-
from- behind victory over Minnesota.

Hagans had 3-hundred and 58 yards
passing and 2 touchdowns, but more
impressive were some of the plays he
made with his legs to get out of
trouble.

He leaves Virginia not as the
biggest quarterback, but certainly the

one with the biggest heart.
