headlines.

Governor Mark Warner has ordered
the retesting of D-N-A evidence to
determine whether Coleman was actually
innocent.

be close to some type of resolution.

Several sources in the
Virginia Tech athletic department tell
News 7 that

Marcus and his Mom Brenda Boddie (Body)
tomorrow somewhere in the eastern part
of the state. They'll discuss the
first team all-ACC quarterback's future
with the Hokies.

The Richmond Times Dispatch is
reporting that Vick will be given the
option of staying in school and
accepting a suspension or leaving
school, either for the NFL draft or to

transfer to another university.

Now, while that may be the case

Roanoke City attorney to investigate
whether a school board meeting was
properly advertised.

Meanwhile the lone survivor, 26
year old Randy McCloy was transferred
this afternoon to Allegheny Hospital in
Pennsylvania to begin intensive oxygen
therapy.

McCoy's body will receive four

minor neurological improvement today.

the mining tragedy in West Virginia.

Thomas Novak is the head of the
department and says the media attention
on all the violations at the mine is
good, but that may not have caused the

will not hold its strategic planning
retreat at the Berry Hill Plantation in
Halifax County.

police that he held up a couple of
banks over the holidays.

John Louis Broadnax was arrested
for the robbery at Valley Bank on
Church Avenue last month.

Anterior Cruciate Ligament in her knee,
