since 2002 and he has coached the past
two first team all-ACC quarterbacks in
Bryan Randall and Vick.

Rogers also coached Donovan
McNabb while the two were at Syracuse.

He also has ties to the state
from his playing days.

At William & Mary he was a three
year letterman at linebacker.

And, unless things hit a snag,
Kevin Rogers is headed to the MInnesota

Vikings.

Parham will forego his senior season in
Charlottesville and enter the N-F-L
draft. Parham was stellar for the Cavs
this season, leading the team in
tackles with 103 and 8 sacks. Those
were both career highs for the
Red-shirt Junior out of Virginia Beach.

Parham has started for the Wahoos for
three years and was a bit overshadowed
by his classmate Ahmad Brooks.

Parham is expected to be taken on
the first day of the draft.

Nextel Cup Season is officially
underway. Testing began at Daytona
this afternoon for a number of cars.
In the morning practice session Jeff
Gordon led the field with a speed just
over 187 miles per hour. Like Gordon,
Dale Earnhardt Junior missed out on the
Chase for the Championship last season
and looking to get back in the running
for a title this season, Junior had
both his cars in the top 10 on the
speed chart and feels that his driving
will continue to improve.
