News7 has learned one council
member will bring a resolution to
tonight's meeting, asking that
Hutcherson resign.
The source also says the move has
NOTHING to do with Hutcherson's

problems he's had on the local, state
and federal levels involving unpaid
back taxes.
Council has no legal authority to
remove the mayor from his position ...

That's what was going on at the O.
Winston Link Museum in Roanoke today.
A work crew spent most of the
afternoon moving Winston Link's
personal caboose to its permanent
display spot behind the museum.
Norfolk Southern gave the rail car
to Link in 1989.
A crane lifted the body of the
caboose from the tracks near the
Norfolk Southern shops and onto a
low-boy.
From there, it was a short ride to
the Museum.
The work was all donated by Le-Hi
Crane And Rigging of Lexington.
