This is the first time the
school's band will take part in an
inauguration parade.

Students didn't find out about

A fire in the building's fire

place heated up a vent and caused the
chimney to burst into flames.

30 firefighters from three
departments responded and put out the

Pearisburg, the county seat of Giles
County.

bicentennial.

Several Pearisburg buildings are
being completely renovated with grant
money and matching funds from property
owners.

More than a million bucks will be
spent on the project, and town
officials are hoping the first phase

improvements will also be wrapped up by
that time.

More than 30 other facades are
slated for an upgrade as well as street

was found dead in a hotel room this

morning.

Potvin is a former N-H-L
player,who was just 38. Police says
there is no evidence of foul play and
that an autopsy is scheduled for
tomorrow.

Adirondack will be in Roanoke
this coming Wednesday.

Paltrow and her husband, Coldplay
frontman Chris Martin, already have a
20-month-old daughter named Apple.

During an interview last night,
moderator Lou Diamond Philips
introduced Paltrow as a pregnant woman.

According to the E network,
Philips asked how far along Paltrow
was, and she admitted being *far enough
along to feel cumbersome.*
