MILLIONS OF AMERICANS HAVE TYPE TWO

THE DISEASE IS LINKED TO OBESITY AND AN
UNHEALTHY LIFESTYLE.
BUT NOW IT APPEARS THERE MAY ALSO BE A
GENETIC FACTOR THAT DECIDES WHO

IN A NEW A STUDY RESEARCHERS IDENTIFIED
A SPECIFIC GENE.
SCIENTISTS SAY IT CAN ..INCREASE.. THE

we have the identity of this

EVEN IF A PERSON HAS THE GENE IT
DOESN'T GUARANTEE THEY'LL GET TYPE TWO

GREATER RISK.

PEOPLE PREVENT THE DISEASE. :11

"the significance is if you know that
you have the gene you can then
take some profolatic measures, whether
it be diet, exercise lifestyle

of type two diabetes." :10
WHILE THE GENE IS REAL A TEST FOR IT
DOESN'T EXIST - YET.

Dennis Haley, who won 3 state

Comcast Philadelphia came in as the NBA's
:00 second highest scoring team, but the
76ers had season lows in points and
shooting hitting just 33 percent and
scoring just 76 points, Iverson was
just 6 of 20.
Gilbert Arenas and Antwan Jamison
were on theother end of the spectrum.
Arenas had 22 and a season-high 12

The 28-point 104-to-76 loss was
the 76ers worst setback of the season.

Surely only the stuff of science
fiction.
Not any more...the future has landed on

YOU WANT TO SEE IT IN ACTION THEN,
YEAH?
Honda's new super car -- currently
only available in Britain -- drives
itself....literally.
AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME, IT'S STEERING
ITSELF AND KEEPING A SAFE DISTANCE
FROM THE CAR BEHIND.
Sure...safety and all that, but
really...how COOL is THAT?!

Here's the science part:
A mini camera in the windshield keeps
an eye on the white road

Radar in the grill checks the distance
to the vehicle in front.
(back on highway)
Steering, braking, everything....on the
highway, anyway, once you hit 45
miles an hour.
Honda says one day the technology will
one day be as common as airbags.
The car rolls out HERE in Britain in
March...as far as the U-S: yet to
be decided.
You'll just have to manage driving your
own car until then.
