when the fire broke out.

Officials say the fire was quick

racketeering. He has been under
indictment, now, for four years.

give up some of his horses.

accused mistreating his horses.

Eventually five were seized from
the property after recommendations from
the vet.

After three hours in Botetourt
County court this afternoon, the two
sides reached a deal.

Cassell was found guilty of two
counts of animal cruelty.

He was given a suspended jail
sentence.

And he will gradually have to
give up 22 of his 28 horses by
September.

champion Oliver McCall late last night.

who were trying to arrest him for
trespassing in a public housing
development.

Officers say they recovered a glass
pipe and a small amount of cocaine.

The 40-year-old McCall was being held

charged with criminal trespassing,
resisting arrest, assaulting police
officers,

threatening to kill an officer and
being a fugitive from justice from
Virginia.

McCall knocked out Lennox Lewis to
win the heavyweight title in 1994, but
he has had a history of erratic
behavior ever since.

the river past Parliament and Big Ben
in Central London-

People nearby said it looked about
20 feet long.

experts say they think it's a Northern
bottle nose.

Whales rarely swim in the nearby
English Channel and this was the first
time one's been spotted in the river
since experts began recording sightings
nearly 100 years ago.

British divers and zoologists
said they would help the whale if it
becomes stranded.
