Crews responded to a crash
yesterday afternoon in the 76-hundred
block of Franklin Road.

Witnesses say Hoaihoung Ho-Houng
Quinn ran off the side of the road --
hit a utility pole and a tree.

Crews used the jaws of life to
get her out of the S-U-V, but she later
died at the hospital.

Police are investigating, but say
alcohol was NOT a factor in the crash.
