Several vehicles were actually seen on
the trail, the morning McCloskey was
found lying here.

These are the two SUV's seized by
Blacksburg Police. Surrounded in yellow
crime scene tape this 2002 Chevy Tahoe
was taken from a home in Berryville,
Virginia the day before McCloskey died
from his injuries.

Nearly a month later police took
possession of this 2006 Ford Excursion
from Magic City Ford in Roanoke.

Cameron Johnson, who is with the
dealership, told news 7 by phone,
quote, "we're cooperating every way we
can with the Blacksburg Police
Department. That particular vehicle was

Timothy Joe Johnston pleaded
guilty today to assault and battery as
part of a plea agreement.

Johnston attacked former Belview
Elementary School principal Bo
Honeycutt last October after being told
his 6 year old daughter was missing
from school.

The school was mistaken.

It was actually a child with the
same name who was not in class.

Johnston will serve five days in
jail.

He was also ordered to take anger
management classes and he can not have
any contact with the victim.

It was in honor of Auto Repair
teacher Joe Moore.

Moore- who's a reservist, was
just about to start the 2004 school
year when he found out he had been
called up.

After several months in Tennessee
-he was shipped to Kuwait where he
served until December.

To commemorate his safe
homecoming- students, staff and
teachers released red, white and blue
