were taken to the hospital this morning
with minor injuries after a school bus
accident in Henry County.

Police say the driver, 47 year

old Michael Boyd Witt was driving down
the wrong side of the road when he
struck the bus.

Witt was charged with reckless
driving, and driving with a suspended
license.

The bus carrying 33 students and
two adults was headed to
Fieldale-Collinsville Middle School,
and Bassett High School.

his arraignment this morning.

During today's proceedings, the
judge appointed Fawley an attorney.

Fawley is charged with
first-degree murder in the death of

17-year-old Taylor Behl, whose body
was found in a Mathews County ravine in
October.

She'd been missing for about a
month.

The medical examiner's office
hasn't released the cause of

Behl's death.

Fawley also faces unrelated
child pornography and firearms

charges.

Someone is sending messages using
the The National Bank of Blacksburg's
logo.

The letters say the bank had
computer problems, and asked people to
email back their private information.

The president of the bank says
the emails are fake, and that his
company would never ask customers for
private information in an email.

Any customers who may have
responded to the email are asked to
call the bank immediately.

suffer from the illness, which can rob
them of their ability to take part in
normal childhood activities.

However, researchers have come up
with ways to help children live with
juvenile arthritis.

Doctor Virginia Pascual joins us
now-- she's with the Baylor Institute--

patient Joshua Telatnyk and his father
