The reason for the power outage really
had tonight to do with campus.

A tree limb fell on some power lines on
Auburn Avenue, causing the line to
break.

That knocked out power to the entire
campus and about 15-hundred households
in Radford.

City crews were able to restore power
by switching to another line.

oppose it in both the city and in
Henry County.

percent said they would support it, and
13 percent were undecided.

Dean was the winner of the "Officer at
Home" program.

The program is a partnership
between the city and the Blue Ridge
Housing Development Corporation.

It gives police officers the
