Freshman is now officially charged with
the crime.

Fawley is charged with first degree
murder for the death of 17 year of
Taylor Behl.

Behl's remains were found in rural

The medical examiner still has not
released the cause of Behl's death.

47 year old Michael Boyd Witt, was

Road yesterday morning when his car
slammed into the bus.

Witt was charged with reckless
driving, and driving on a suspended
license.

and Bassett High School.

resident out of his burning home.

Seventh Street around 2:30 yesterday
afternoon after the homeowner reported

The man got out of the house okay,
but firefighters were kept busy more

47 year old Michael Boyd Witt, was
driving down the wrong side of Airport
Road yesterday morning when his car
slammed into the bus.

Witt was charged with reckless
driving, and driving on a suspended

Fieldale-Collinsville Middle School,
and Bassett High School.
