County man is over.

Investigators found the body of
52-year-old Richard Lawrence Matthews
just after one o'clock this afternoon
in a wooded area near his *Penhook*
home.

Despite the similarities of a
recent case in Henry County --
investigators in this one do NOT
suspect foul play.

An autopsy will be performed
early next week.

Matthews, also known as "Muggs,"
had been missing since last Friday.

School.

slew of bills aimed at *thwarting*
illegal immigrants.

A second would require the state
to make arrangements with the federal

A northern Virginia Delegate is
proposing a bill that would require the

legislation

requiring Virginia clergy to report
child abuse.

Now, the bill is headed to the
Senate floor.

The Senate Rehabilitation and
Social Services Committee endorsed the
bill on an *8-to-6 vote.*

The bill adds clergy to the list
of people who would be legally bound to
tell social services officials about
suspected cases of child abuse or
neglect.

That list now includes public
school employees, health care workers,
police, day-care workers and others.

activists kidnapped in Iraq.

VO-NAT The kidnappers threatened to kill

the activists unless all Iraqi
prisoners are released from Iraqi and
U-S prisons.

Al-Jazeera TV aired the tape
dated January 21st -- showing the four
workers from the Chicago-based
Christian Peacemaker activists.

The group disappeared November
26th.

The previously unknown Swords of
Righteous Bridge claimed responsibility
for the kidnapping.

The group issued a statement with
the tape saying it was the "last
chance" for U.S. and Iraqi authorities
to "release all Iraqi prisoners in
return of freeing the hostages --
otherwise their fate will be death."

indoor skate park for skateboarders and
roller-bladers.
