Bradberry says investigators are
still looking into whether it was the

severely, but says that would be a
non-issue if the fight hadn't happened
in the first place.

35 year-old man in a house in the
700-block of Chatham Avenue around five
o'clock.
The body will be sent to the
medical examiner's office for an
autopsy.
The identity of the man has not
been released.

Interstate-81 sent five people to the
hospital.

Police say a tractor trailer
drifted into the left lane, and hit a
pickup truck -- which then caused the
pick-up to spin into a guardrail.
All five of the truck's
passengers were taken to the hospital
with minor injuries.
Police charged the driver of the
tractor trailer with reckless driving
and failure to maintain control.
Traffic was backed up for about
FOUR miles as officials cleared the
scene.

charges.

miners trapped underground by a fire
are all safe and accounted for.
Fire broke out Sunday in a mine
in Saskatchewan,
forcing the miners to retreat to
emergency refuge rooms stocked
with oxygen and supplies.
A spokesman says a rescue team
reached one of the rooms.
The rescuers made sure everyone
was safe, then closed them back inside
until the air inside the mine can be
cleared of toxic gases.
Officials believe they've found
the source of the smoke
and are working on putting out the
fire.

a woman for murdering her three
children.

her eight year-old daughter and her

their De Queen (DEE'-kween) home.
Officers were sent to the home
after the father called authorities
from New York saying his wife had

hospital for treatment after ingesting
a toxic substance.
Police did find a note in the

percent graduation rate from 1995
through 1998.
