what's the issue?

Jean, it has to do with exempting

Carlisle vs. Catholic The historic gym at Roanoke :00 Catholic played host the Celtics and
their guests from Martinsville - the
Carlisle School.

The Chiefs are coached by former
Martinsville Bulldog and Maryland
Terrapin Jeff Adkins

And his team would get busy in
the in opening half as Steven Echols
penetrates down the right side and
kicks out the pass to Joe Manns - who
drains the three from the top of the
key.

But Catholic was up to the
challenge as Orlando Walker heated up
in the opening half - first hitting the
elbow jumper.

And then Walker takes the no look
dish and operates on the baseline for
the tough hoop in traffic.

Carlisle would again counter from
the outside as Sydnor Trent drops in a
triple from straight on. *CG final Carlisle
44 Catholic would beat and bang in Roanoke Catholic the paint as Auremas Adomaitis gets the 54 putback and Catholic beats Carlisle
54-to-44.

Eagles vs. Keydets Gregg Marshall - the Wintrhop
head coach for the past 8 years is a
Cave Spring grad, and tonight one of
his current pupils -

Taj McCulllough will get the
steal and find Torrell Martin for the
dunk. Martin would lead all scorers
with 26 points.

There were 37 tunrovers in the
game VMI had 25 of them, while Winthrop
had a dozen. This one ends up in a VMi
hoop as Justin Jarman gets the layin at
the end of the chaos.

Winthrop would also work it
inside as Craig Bradshaw muscles his
way to the hoop. He has to clean up
his own mess, but he does just that. He

finished with 15.
*CG final Winthrop VMI played well enough to win as 74 Reggie Williams dropped in 21, but the VMI turnovers and 16 steals would seal the 69 Keydets fate in the 74-to-69 loss.

Virginia.

Redick scored 24 against Tech
and followed that up with 40 against
UVa. J.J. now has nine consecutive
games with 20 or more points and he has
moved into a tie with former NC State
