:00 The folks at Texas A&M in College
Station, Texas say the "12th Man" is
their's and only their's. And today
the school filed a request in district
court, arguing that the Seahawks are
infringing on A&M's legal claim to the
"12th Man" slogan- a moniker the school
claims it created more than 80 years
ago.

Texas A&M officials say they have
asked the Seahawks to stop using the
slogan and since the team won't stop,

the school has no other choice but to
take legal action.

A&M registered trademarks for
"The 12th Man" label -- in 1990 and
1996.

only 9 players last year and no room

and using the achievement center -
which has served as everything from a

years has been the key.

McDole is the son of former
Washington and Buffalo defensive end
Ron McDole - one of the 50 greatest
Redskins of all-time.
