QUESTION: Natasha, going back to the
condition of the dams, are they being
fixed?
Well Jean, the John's Creek dams are
ranked sixth on the state's priority
list, but you've got to remember the
money for it comes through the federal
government so Virginia is also
competing against dams across the
country. And as far as the cost, it
will require a study, it could be as
little as 3 million but possibly more
than 10.

HIdden Valley vs. Pulaski Co. Hidden Valley squared off against
Pulaski County at Christiansburg high
school.
And here's how you get it started
- right off the opening tap Demetrius
Brown grabs the rock and explodes to
the rack for the quick two pointer for
the Cougars.
The Titans come back as T.C. Bane
penetrates, draws the defense and slips
the pass to Brian Bush for the layin.
Then watch Bane again - clear the
ball under his own basket, head up the
floor and shake two defenders with a
reverse dribble, then the no-look to
the corner to Matt Partsch who busts
the three ball.
*CG final Pulaski Co.
71 But Austin Twine would clear the
Hidden Valley dance floor and go coast to coast for
66 the hoop and the harm. Pulaski County
River Ridge Playoff wins the River Ridge 71-to-66.

Christiansburg vs. Salem The Salem fans were a little
:00 fanatical last night for the final game
in their home gym this season.
Salem would basically do as they
pleased - Marcus Lewis kicks it out to
Jarren Anderson, who will drain the
long two pointer for the Spartans.
Christiansburg's DeMarcus Gravely
looks for Scott Hampton and finds the
open man under the run, and he gets the
layin.
But there were way to few of
those.

58 Mark Hanabury passes to Andrew
Salem Jones for the Salem three pointer and
73 the Spartans roll into the semi-finals
with the 73 to 58 win.
