After arresting two people in the
truck on alcohol related charges, the
troopers began clearing the scene.

As the damaged truck was being

names of ten U.S. troops that died from
a helicopter crash off the coast of
Africa.

One service member was from
Virginia.

Authorities say the plane was
having engine trouble -- when the pilot
instructor and his student attempted to
