man's death suspicious.

Officers were called shortly
after nine yesterday morning to an
alley between the 600 block of Allison
Street and Walnut Avenue in Southwest.
There they found a man dead.
Area residents say something like
this is rare for the neighborhood.

man's name or how he died.
Several neighbors say they heard
shots fired Saturday night -- but that
has NOT been confirmed by police.

duty.
27-year-old Kevin Manion was
killed Saturday after a gun
accidentally discharged in Clarke
County.
