Since Virginia doesn't have bars
- just restaurants- a spokesman for R-J
Reynolds argued the law would keep the

But for most committee members
the decision boiled down to property

week for trying to meet up with a 14
year old girl for a sexual encounter.
Turns out the girl he met online
was actually a state police special
agent.
29 year old Christopher Nester
was charged with using a communication
system to solicit a child.

from A Botetourt County jury, clearing
a former Roanoke County Sheriff's
Deputy of a morals charge.

at Liberty HIgh School.
After receiving a number of tips,
Bedford County sheriff's deputies

school.
In his book bag, investigators found
diagrams and drawings of the schools
layout and that's not the only thing.
