of a house in southwest Roanoke.

was condemned after a fire damaged it
ten days ago.
This morning two insurance
adjusters were surprised to find a man
inside the home allegedly inhaling
Toluene (TALL- you- een), a chemical
similar to paint thinner.

first on the scene, and had a slight

Cassell ka-Sell in January.
The 79-year-old had been charged
with animal cruelty after officers
claimed his animals were underweight
and not doing well.
Now, Botetourt County deputies
say they were called for the FOURTH
time since Christmas after three of his
horses got out on 220 Tuesday night.
Cassell ka-sell went to court in
January where a judge ordered he could
have no more than six-horses by the end
of September.
Currently he has 18.
