human jawbone found last month might be
that of his murdered brother.

13-year-old Denver Linthicum was
fishing in Botetourt County, when he
came across the bone.

Investigators are still trying to
determine the jawbone's identity.

It had five teeth -- four of which had
fillings.

It is now with the Medical Examiner's
office for identification.

now accused of abusing three 13 year
old boys over the last two years.

Patton was a teacher at Scott
Memorial Middle School for a year and a
half.

She's now accused of three more
felonies including carnal knowledge of
a second 13 year old boy.

There's also a charge of assault
and battery involving a third child.

Police say one of the children to
come forward went to school in Carroll
County.

It was early Sunday morning when
police were called to the Westside
Apartments for reports of a man with a
gun.

44-year-old Antonio Gomez Navarro
was in the parking lot when he says
police targeted him.

This is where the stories differ
- according to the police department-
officers repeatedly ordered Navarro out

of the car.

When he refused, they tried
removing him. That's when Officer
Randolph Rowland's Roe-land gun went
off.

But, Antonio Navarro says he
complied and was actually shot *AFTER*
he was in handcuffs.

last Spring.

May 18, 2005 When Marshals tracked down
William Clyde Karampour at the
Jefferson Lodge he pulled a knife on
them, repeatedly urging them to kill
him.

The Marshals managed to subdue
the 23-year old escapee, even as he
continued to try to get away.

Karampour had walked away from a

work detail outside the Franklin County
jail the month before.

magazine, Andrew Lent recently met with
university officials about the cartoon
but it was not pulled.

Critics of the cartoons say it
depicts Jesus in a negative light, but
