now faces three new felony charges of
having sex with a 2nd 13-year-old boy.

Commonwealth's Attorney Gerald
Mabe says that all happened back in
2004.

Patton was a teacher at Scott
Memorial Middle School in Wytheville.

third 13-year-old boy in 2005.

The Commonwealth's Attorney says
it involved unwanted touching, but was

44-year-old Antonio Gomez Navarro
was shot in the back by Roanoke Police

early Sunday morning.

Police responded to the Westside
Apartments after a report of a man with
a gun.

Navarro says he was in the
parking lot getting out of the car when
police focused in on him- pulled him
out of the car and cuffed him. He says
that's when he was shot.
