to fix the problem.
The first two would have extendeed
Wonju Street all the way to Brandon
Avenue at a cost of nearly twenty
million dollars.
This would have forced the state to
buy and demolish several homes and
businesses.
But after much debate, V-Dot chose a
less controversial and expensive
option.

light at the intersection of 23rd
Street and Brandon Avenue.
Question is, will spot improvements
rather than radical changes actually
improve the traffic flow?

Walton's mental state has been
debated since his trial, and

death in May 2003, defense
lawyers won a temporary stay.

retarded and insane.
He can still appeal to the U-S

Mar-tony was killed Tuesday by an
explosive device in Western Iraq.
Martone's hometown is listed as
Bedford and he has family in Franklin
County.

Martone was based in Okinawa, Japan
and was assigned to the 9th Engineer
Support Battallion.

But a News 7 poll conducted by
Survey USA suggests the public is
opposed to criminal charges in such

the air while "under the influence."
In an interview with Keith Humphry,
Lamarre indicated his drug overdose was
an isolated incident, and not part of a

workers' compensation insurance policy

Employees were ordered to stop
reporting for work after officials
discovered the lapse.
California officials say the workers
are owed at least 300- thousand dollars
in unpaid back wages.

after being acquitted on child
molestation charges last June.

girl for a sexual encounter will have
to find his own attorney.

The judge yesterday refused to
appoint a lawyer for 29-year-old
Christopher Nester. The suspect has
enough money that he doesn't qualify
for court-appointed counsel.
Nester faces three felony charges
of using a computer to solicit a child.
An undercover police agent posing
as a 14 year old girl says he talked to
Nester over the internet.
The two agreed to meet at an
abandoned building on Route 460.
When Nester showed up, he was
arrested.
